We move sports teams with all their kit and plan the driving around match and training times. We also supply coaches for groups arriving from overseas, and for the tour operators who bring them in.
A team and a tour group can be the same size and still need different vehicles.
Thirty players with kit bags and a fixed kickoff are a different job from thirty visitors with a suitcase each. We plan both around the same questions: how many people, how much gear, and which times can't move.
For a team, that usually means runs between the hotel, training and the ground, timed off your fixture list, plus the airport at each end if you're flying in. An international group starts at Cape Town International, where we track the flight and can meet everyone in arrivals. Then come the touring days, with stops around the Peninsula, the city and the Winelands, or a trip of several days up the Garden Route.
We run 17 licensed vehicles, from a single car up to a 52 seat coach. A squad can travel together in one bus, and a bigger party can split across several on the same day. We have four 22 seat Coasters and three 32 seat Higers, so the team and its supporters don't all have to move on one timetable.
Your players think about the match and your guests think about the trip. We think about the bus, the flight times and where all the kit goes.

Every booking: we quote, a deposit holds the date, and you get your driver's name and number before the trip.

Headcount decides the seats. The kit decides whether you need a bigger vehicle, the coach with a luggage hold or a trailer. If the group has to be in two places at once, we split it across several vehicles.

For the Garden Route and longer trips, our three Higer 32 seaters have a toilet and a fridge on board, and the 38 seat Yutong has a toilet too.

It depends on the vehicle and how much you bring, so give us a rough count of bags and anything oversized when you ask for a quote. The Irizar coach has a luggage hold underneath, and for bigger groups we can add a luggage trailer or move you up to a larger vehicle.
As a rough guide: a Staria for up to 9, a Quantum for 14, a Sprinter or Coaster for 22, the smaller Yutong for 26, a Higer for 32, the bigger Yutong for 38 and the Irizar for 52. A lot of kit can push you up a size. Over 52, or when the team and supporters travel separately, we use more than one vehicle. We normally pick the vehicle for you, but if you'd like a particular one, ask and we'll book it if it's free.
Yes. We track the flight on every airport booking, so if it lands late your driver already knows, and we can meet the group inside the arrivals hall at Cape Town International. Early morning and late night arrivals are normal for us.
Send us the new times as soon as you have them and we'll rework the plan. On the day, call our 24 hour line on 060 974 0733. Changes depend on having a vehicle and driver free, so the earlier we hear, the easier it is.
Yes. We cover the Western Cape, including the Garden Route, and do long trips to other parts of South Africa. The Higer 32 seater is the bus we use most on long runs, because it has a toilet and a fridge on board.
