Corporate transport is mostly about timing.
Delegates need to be in their seats before the first session starts. A team out for the day should leave together and come back together. And when a staff function ends late at night, people still need a way home.
We handle meetings and conferences, team builds and retreats, staff functions and outings, business travel and regular staff shuttles. A director moving between meetings might only need the BMW. A conference can mean several buses on hotel runs in the morning, airport pickups through the day and a dinner transfer at night, and we plan all of it as one job.
We run 17 licensed vehicles. The smallest is a BMW X3 M50 for up to three passengers and the largest is a 52 seat coach. Each one is serviced regularly and kept clean inside, with air conditioning. Our drivers are punctual and presentable, and they know the roads around Cape Town well, which matters when the traffic is heavy and the programme can't move.
You run the event. We handle getting everyone there together, and getting them home when it's over.

Staff functions, team builds, retreats and outings. We take the team out together, to the Winelands, down the Peninsula or up the Garden Route, and bring everyone back when the day is done.
Staff who need to get to work and home again on a set schedule, early starts and late finishes included. The 14 seat Toyota Quantum is the vehicle we use most for staff transport.
A director in town for meetings, or guests you want looked after. The BMW X3 M50 takes up to three passengers and a couple of large suitcases, and the driver can meet them in the arrivals hall.
Every booking: we quote, a deposit holds the date, and you get your driver's name and number before the trip.
Start with a quoteThe date, the headcount, the pickup points, the venue and the times that can't move, like a flight, the first session or a dinner booking. If the day has several legs, list them all in the first message.
Hotel runs in the morning, airport pickups through the day and a dinner transfer at night, timed against your programme and quoted together.
Drivers bring everyone back at the end, however late the function runs. If the programme slips, call your driver. If you're not sure when the evening will end, say so when you book and we'll plan around it.

We can send the BMW X3 M50 for directors or speakers and buses for the delegates, planned as one booking. We have one BMW, so mention it early.
We run four 22 seat Coasters and three 32 seat Higers, so a large group can travel in separate buses on the same day, all working to one timetable.
You deal with one person on our side for the whole booking, so you only have to explain the brief once.
Send the flight numbers with the booking. We track each flight, meet people in the arrivals hall if you ask, and bring a luggage trailer when a bigger group lands with a lot of bags.
Pickups before sunrise and trips home after a late function are normal bookings for us.

Yes. Send us the pickup points, the start and finish times and how many people travel each day, and we'll quote on that route.
Send the flight numbers and arrival times with the booking. We track flights on every airport booking, so the driver knows if one lands late, and we can meet people in the arrivals hall. Depending on how spread out the arrivals are, we'll suggest one bigger vehicle or several smaller runs.

Tell your driver as soon as you know. If you're not sure when the evening will end, say so when you book and we'll plan the vehicles around it. Late finishes are normal work for us, and our emergency line, 060 974 0733, is open 24 hours.
As early as you can, especially for conferences that need several vehicles and for anything in December, January or February. We do take last minute bookings when a vehicle and driver are free. For today or tomorrow, call 081 741 6700 instead of emailing.
Yes. We do Garden Route trips and long distance travel across South Africa. The Higer is the bus we use most on long drives. It seats 32 and has a toilet and a fridge on board. For a bigger team we have three Higers, or the 52 seat Irizar coach, which is also comfortable over long distances.
