What we collect
When you ask for a quote we collect your name, email address and phone number, and the details of your trip: dates, places, the number of passengers and anything else you tell us. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we keep a record of it.
Why we collect it
We use it to prepare your quote and, if you book, to arrange your transport, assign a driver and vehicle, and invoice you. We also keep booking records for our accounts and because the law requires it.
Who we share it with
We give your name and number to your driver so they can reach you on the day. If your booking includes another company's service, such as a game reserve, a boat trip or a wine estate, we pass on only what that company needs to hold your place. We don't sell your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and invoice records for as long as South African tax and company law requires. If a quote request doesn't turn into a booking, we delete it once it's no longer needed.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it if the law doesn't require us to keep it. Email admin@capricorntours.co.za and we'll reply.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't set any advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If you came here from an advert, the company that ran the advert may set its own cookies under its own policy.
