We run transfers between Cape Town International and wherever you're staying, in both directions and at any hour.
It might be one person on the first flight out, a family landing late at night or a tour group of fifty and all their luggage. We have 17 licensed vehicles, from a BMW X3 up to a 52 seat coach, so we can match the vehicle to the size of your group and how much you're carrying.
Our drivers are local. They know Cape Town and the roads out of it, which counts when you're getting through traffic to catch a flight, or heading out to the Winelands straight after a long one.
We don't publish a price list. The price depends on the vehicle, the distance and the time of day, so we quote every transfer and tell you which vehicle we'd send.

After a long flight you want to get to where you're staying. We pick a vehicle with room for everyone and their bags. Families often book the Staria: nine people fit with their luggage, and the sliding doors make it easy for children and older passengers to get in and out.
For one to three people we can send our 2026 BMW X3 M50. It has leather seats, a quiet cabin and room in the boot for a couple of large suitcases. Companies can book corporate transfers too, for visiting staff or conference delegates.
Tour groups, sports teams with their kit, school and church groups. The 38 seater Yutong does airport runs when a whole group lands together, and the 52 seat Irizar coach has a luggage hold underneath. When there are more bags than space, we can bring a trailer. We also run four Coasters, so a big group can travel in separate buses on the same day.
We do hotel transfers for guests arriving and leaving. Tour operators can use us as a subcontractor when they need extra vehicles, and accredited agents and guides can hire the Staria, a Quantum or a sedan to drive themselves. Email admin@capricorntours.co.za for trade rates.

With meet and greet, your driver waits for you inside the arrivals hall. Without it, call the number we sent once you have your bags and the driver will tell you where to find the vehicle.
Send your flight home with the arrival and we quote both legs together. Give us the flight time and we'll suggest when to leave, allowing for weekday rush hour between town and the airport.
